Get On the Board

Add a gig, your band, or your venue — free, takes a minute. A human reviews every submission, usually within a day.

🎸 Add a Gig

One show, one night. Paste a link or fill in the details — we’ll take either (both is even better).

Paste a link (the fast way)

The venue’s website or calendar page, a ticket page — anything that shows the who / where / when. We’ll pull the details from it. (Facebook or Instagram link? Fine too — but those sites won’t let us read the details, so please also fill in the fields below.)

and / or

Tell us the details

Required if you didn’t paste a link. Helpful even if you did.

🎤 Add a Band

Play around the Bay? Put your band on our radar — when your shows pop up on venue calendars, we’ll know who you are and tag you right.

🏗️ Add a Venue

Run a venue, bar, or brewery with live music? Paste your website and we’ll find your calendar — then every show you book lists automatically, now and going forward. One submission, done forever.

Why Am I Not Showing Up?

Most Tampa Bay shows appear in our feed automatically. When one doesn’t, it’s usually one of these reasons — in plain English.

For venues

  • Your events only live on Facebook or Instagram. This is the #1 reason, by far. Those platforms wall off event details from the outside world, so shows posted only there stay invisible. Keeping even a simple events page on your own website fixes this permanently.
  • Your calendar is an image, flyer, or PDF. A picture of your lineup can’t be read the way written text can. A plain list — date, band, time — is all it takes.
  • Listings are missing the basics. “Live music Saturday!” with no band name, date, or start time can’t become a listing. Who, when, where — that’s all we need.
  • We don’t know about you yet. Submit your venue above and we’ll start watching for your shows.

For bands

  • The venue never posted your show. If the venue didn’t list the gig anywhere public (or posted it only on social media), there’s nothing to find. Ask your venues to post every show on their website with your band’s name on it.
  • The listing doesn’t name your band. If the venue posts “Live Music Friday” instead of your name, the show may appear — but nobody searching for you will find it.
  • The gig is outside Tampa Bay. We cover the Tampa Bay region — shows beyond it are outside the net (for now 😉).

Either way

  • Timing. The feed refreshes daily — a show posted this morning may not appear until tomorrow.
  • It got filtered. We filter out non-music events (comedy, trivia, food festivals). Occasionally a real show gets caught. If that happened to you, submit it above — a human will fix it.

Bottom line: make sure your shows are posted publicly in writing — band name, date, and time — and submit your band or venue above so we know to watch for you.
